There is no problem mixing flexible and set track together you could even mix different manufacturers as well.
They are all compatible with the same thickness rails and the same distance between rails so they will fit together.
You may find that there is different spacing between the sleepers if you are using more than one manufacturer when it comes to laying track.
However, within the same manufacturer, set track and flexible track look identical except one is rigid and the other is bendy.
