What is Army Painter Quickshade?
Army Painter Quickshade is a special wash-like paint solution that will add shadows to models and miniatures quickly and easily.
Quickshade is available in several shades allowing the modeller to choose the effect most suitable for their needs.
The solution is quick to apply and only requires a fairly indiscriminate brushing onto the subject model. Any excess or pooling should be removed while the wash is still wet and any undesirable shine can be removed after the model has dried using a matt varnish.
Army Painter Quickshade offers a hassle-free and quick solution to adding shadows and shade to models. It is great for new and experienced modellers alike, but if you are new to painting, it's recommended that you try it on a test model first to see if you like the results.
