Carriage cleaning platforms can be found in depots, carriage sidings, maintenance facilities and some stabling points across the network. When coaches are stored for cleaning or maintenance, narrow platforms are provided for staff access and they are still widely used today.
The model is supplied as a plastic kit that requires some easy assembly. The parts are pre-coloured for convenience but can be painted or weathered to suit.
Measurements:
- The pack contains 2x steps, 14 column and 12 decks that makes 500mm of platform
- Platforms have a width of 8mm
