GWR brick and timber signal box from Ratio in 00 gauge.
A Great Western Railway timber and brick signal box typical of the late 19th / early 20th century. The signal box is a Mackenzie & Holland design and suitable for use in many areas of the country.
The model comes as a plastic kit that requires assembly and is made from injection-moulded pre-coloured parts so can be used in its production colours or painted and weathered to taste. The kit includes steps, glazing (utilising the clear packaging) and a plastic base imitating a patch of grass-covered standing. Instructions are also included to help with the build.
The completed model has a footprint of 92mm x 51mm (including the steps).
