The kit contains a plastic body and floor + curved spoke metal wheels.
This kit includes the wheels but no couplings. The most suitable couplings to use are GR-103 coupling pockets with GR-102 couplers (to be attached to the kit using plastic glue)

Vale of Rheidol 4 Wheel Guards Van
The kit contains a plastic body and chassis including a choice of either oil or gas lamp top, metal wheels and white metal steam and vacuum pipes. Requires Bemo OO9 couplings (not included) Three indentical 4-wheeled brake vans were built by the Midland railways Carriage and Wagon Company, Shewsbury for the opening of the railway in 1902. these vans were used on all trains as none of the original coaches had luggage or gaurd compartments.
