Point rodding kit (assembly required)
Every manual Signal Box had point rodding extending to all the turnouts under its control, an interesting extra detail that will make your layout more realistic.
Kit includes 1120mm of rodding plus support cradles, three types of crank to enable the correct arrangement of crank cluster (including compensator and adjustable types) and two deflector ramps to model facing point locks. Comprehensive instructions are also included to help with the build and provide a little information on the prototype.
Supplied with pre-coloured parts although painting and/or weathering can add realism; glue is required to complete this model.
For larger arrays, take a look at SS90 'Point Rodding Extension Pack' featuring an additional 2 metres of rodding.
