Hornby R174 Rural Rambler Box Set.

 

Here we have a classic 1970's Hornby Box Set.  The engine and coaches are in excellent conditiion and run really well.

 

The set originally came with a battery controller .  This is included, but is just for reminiscent sake, and it is not recommended for use.  The old steel oval of track has been switched out for modern nickel silver track and a point has been added.    This set can now be run from a normal controller
