Hornby Dublo 2233 - Diesel Co-Bo locomotive D5702. A green diecast two-rail BR Type 2 Metropolitan-Vickers prototype Diesel Co-Bo Locomotive D5702 (Hornby-Dublo model number 2233), with grey roof and white floor-stripe and plastic windows, from the early 1960s. The model was announced in Meccano Magazine in December 1961.

This example is unboxed. The body work is in excellent condition with no chips marks or blemishes. The badges are worn as is the floor-stripe on one side, but numbers are good. It needs new tyres, but was tested without on code 100 track and ran with no problem.

It has had a complete strip down, service and test and its is a great runner.

A great opportunity to own a good example of a 64 year old engine.
