This engine is in "as new " condition and looks like it has never been out of the box.  it features the chains attaching the body  to the bogies.  One of these has become disconnected, probably in transit.  In every other way, its perfect.  It has been fully tested  and runs "as new"
 
It comes in its original box and packaging with all the paperwork and accessories
