A versatile cardboard kit of a Crofter's Cottage, by Metcalfe in OO gauge.
This tiny little rural cottage has a variety of build options, the kit includes: the cottage, adjoining barn (with parts to turn it into an annexe), extension and a porch, all of which can be built to a configuration of your choosing. This innovative modular design makes it entirely possible to create a row of cottages all with differing features but created using multiples of the same kit.
The set is supplied as a cardboard kit that requires assembly. Instructions are included to help with the build.
Measurements:
- The cottage has a footprint of 45mm x 60mm and a height of 92mm
- The barn has a footprint of 81mm x 60mm and a height of 81mm
- The extension has a footprint of 16mm x 60mm and reaches just below the first floor windows of the cottage
