Chevrolet Impala Convertible Arbor Green
The Chevrolet Impala was classed as a full size American car which the car manufacturer built at various times - 1958 to 1985; 1994 to 1996 and 2000 to 2020. Our 1:87 scale model represents the third generation of the Impala between 1961 and 1964, designed by Bill Mitchell, when innovative and improved characteristics over its predecessors included a more trim and boxy body when for the first time it featured the GM B platform styling.
The Impala Convertible is released this time in a delicate pale green with even paler green masking to the body length side flash contained within surrounding chromework. As usual for the period, there is extensive chrome everywhere but it looks good against the pale body. The wheels also have pale green rims and the customary whitewall tyres. The open interior of our Impala features pale green seating and a pale green steering wheel. It is registered in 1961 in Jefferson, Kentucky as K87.800.
