Bachmann V1/V3 2-6-2 Tank Engine BR Lined Black. OO Gauge Used

Bachmann 31-609A V1/V3  2-6-2 Tank Engine No. 67669 in British Rail lined black, early emblem, hopper bunker, s/steam pipes, Westinghouse pump.

 

An excellent tank engine packed with detail.  Mo marks or blemishes and all buffers and couplers as they should be.

 

After an oiling, the engine was thoroughly tested  over an extended period and found to be a great runner in both directions and at differing speeds.  Note this is the split chassis version and although DCC fitting is possible its not for the feint hearted.

 

It comes in its original box in reasonable condition along with a detailing set and the  service sheet
