Standard colours of Brazilian aircraft since 1990s

Since 1990s the Brazilian AF has used couple of "grey" schemes: the "Aerial Defense Grey" was used on 1st/14th Fighter Squadron “Pampa” F-5s from 1990 till 2005.

The "Two Tone Grey" was used on EMB T-27 Tucano and AMX International A-1A/B up until 2005, while the Brazilian "big-birds" are still wearing the overall "Grey Scheme" of FS36473.

The recent "New Tactical Standard" was introduced in 2003 and is used by almost all Brazilian AF aircraft, incl. A-29 Super Tucano, AMX A-1M, F-5M, H-36 Caracal, UH-60, Mi-35, C-130, C-105, C-95, KC-390 and others.

The Orange Line paints are specially formulated lacquer based paints optimised for airbrushing. The product was developed to satisfy needs of all modellers – it is perfect for professional use (application of many semi-transparent layers, gradual building of colours / colour shading, application of very fine lines, etc.), but also very forgiving to beginners. It has significantly limited odour compared to other similar products, hence is more suitable for home use. All colours are highly pigmented and permanent.
