A set of two detached houses representing the leafy suburbs of a town, these once popular family homes can still be seen today on the outskirts of many towns and cities making them useful for modelling several eras. Features include wooden and tile cladding, integral porches, bay windows and a side gate should you wish to complete your scene with front and back gardens.

The set comes as a cardboard kit that requires assembly. Basic instructions are provided to help with the build.

Measurements: Each house has an approximate footprint of 110mm x 70mm and a height of 110mm.
