Originally, these Spitfires were flown by Czechoslovakian pilots for the RAF, at the end of WWII, the newly formed Czechoslovakian Air Force were permitted to keep the aircraft to build up its own fleet. The kit contains decals for this period of the Mk.IXe's history.
