Guy Arab Utility London Transport

Following on from the first release in Southdown colours, this superb little double decker now comes in London Transport livery and is absolutely packed with detail and colour. With a traditional bright red LT body with the gold London Transport lettering, the roof is masked brown and the interior seating is also moulded in brown. The wheels are a slightly darker shade of red while the chassis, mudguards, radiator surround, platform and steering wheel are all black. The front destination blind tells us the bus, registered HGC 130, is heading as Number 175 to Collier Row, Becontree Heath and Romford and the side panel above the platform reads 175 Barking By-Pass, Becontree Heath, Romford and Havering. Advertising panels feature everywhere on this bus. The 'eyebrows' on each side of the front destination blind invite you 'To read Everybody's Every Monday'. Along each side is a separate advertisement, promoting Lodge Plugs on the offside and 'Corona' Family Drinks on the nearside. The rear features adverts for MacLean's toothpaste and Aspro and the last bit of advertising space on the rear offside corner is also taken up to promote India Tyres!
