One simple way to add variety to your goods wagon fleet is to build some from the many kits on offer. To do so will also add some fun and satisfaction into to your modelling activities. Don’t forget that tradition goods trains required a brake van at the end! This kit from Peco builds into a 15ft wheelbase brake van of SR design. In common with the other Peco N gauge wagon kits, everything is included except glue, paint and transfers. The body is one-piece, as is the chassis block, making for quick assembly for which instructions are included. A suitable glue for construction is DLAD-24 Plastic Magic. For paint choose either BR bauxite (RM1235 spray can, RM235 for brush application), or one of the many authentic rail colours from Railmatch to suit your chosen prototype. Finish off with transfers from the range by Woodland Scenics.
