These tiny little rural cottages are frequently converted into more luxurious dwellings or holiday lets. This cottage includes the humble cottage and the parts needed to attach an extension or convert the included adjoining barn into high-quality living quarters. A truly versatile kit to portray a Crofter's cottage a number of different ways. Why not combine multiple kits to create a row of houses.
The model comes as a cardboard kit that requires assembly, instructions are provided to help with the build.
Measurements:
- The cottage has a footprint of 31mm x 35mm and a height of 57mm
- The barn/extra living quarters has a footprint of 35mm x 35mm and a height of 50mm
- The extension has a footprint of 35mm x 10mm and come to just beneath the first-floor windows of the cottage
